Useful AI, in the work you share.
Practice two shared, low-risk tasks with the people who use them. Build judgment, clear ownership, and routines that fit the work.
Build around shared work.
A small team does not need a giant capability tour. Choose two low-risk tasks that people actually do, define good work with a sponsor, and practice the decisions around using AI well.
What the pilot includes
Up to six adults, two low-risk tasks, a 90-minute workshop, and a 60-minute follow-up within two weeks. Includes task cards and sponsor handoff.
- Agree task-specific data and quality rules with a sponsor.
- Practice with the actual tools and approved or synthetic examples.
- Observe each participant attempting a task independently.
- Name the owners and document what happened during later reuse.
What a team needs to bring
A sponsor, permission to use the selected tools, two appropriate tasks, and room for follow-up. Attendance, confidence, and observed capability are different things. The pilot does not confer organizational certification or promise adoption or savings.
