Every row has a reason.

Refresh the sample. Follow each exclusion. See the numbers reconcile.

The rules are part of the result. Remove exact duplicate rows; show records missing a required customer, status, ID, or amount as exceptions. Only completed jobs contribute value. Cancelled jobs remain valid records. This illustration does not resolve conflicting rows with the same job ID; a real report needs an agreed conflict rule.

All records are fictional. USD amounts exclude tax and other accounting adjustments. This demonstrates reconciliation and refresh, not accounting assurance. Read the data dictionary and refresh guide.

Take the working workbook with you ↓ Open the synthetic sample in a spreadsheet app, change the inputs and follow the checks. The workbook has room for 200 input rows.

01

Situation

A weekly report contains duplicates and incomplete rows.

02

What changes

You change the input and see a local calculation or state update. Nothing is sent to an external service.

03

How it is checked

Both sample inputs reconcile against known row counts and completed totals.

04

What remains limited

The data and scenarios are synthetic. This is inspectable sample work, not evidence of a client outcome.
