Try an example without sharing your file
The free examples calculate in your browser. Typing into an example does not submit your work to Kevin or an AI. A saved report, copied instruction and downloaded file are separate choices. Opening ChatGPT does not automatically send an instruction; anything you paste there follows your own ChatGPT settings.
Your saved tools and results
Bookmarks and reports stay in this browser when you choose to save them. They are not a cloud backup. Someone using the same browser profile can read them, and clearing website data can erase them. A saved report does not include an uploaded file or restore the tool settings. You can remove items or download a copy from Saved tools. Saving is not permission to send the report to an AI.
Your choices and private practice
Your chosen site view can stay in this browser between visits. Your space can keep the optional name, focus and contact preferences you choose to save. Reply preferences do not themselves authorize marketing messages. The local project brief stays on its page until you download it. Listen First can keep one practice in this browser when you choose that option; removing the choice removes that saved copy. Someone sharing the browser profile may see browser-saved items. Downloads are separate files you manage on your device.

The personalized AI guide is not connected in this preview. The free interactive examples and copied ChatGPT starters work without sending an AI request.

Hosting, analytics and contact
Cloudflare receives the connection information needed to serve and protect the website, including request details and an IP address. Brightly Useful has no advertising tracker or session-replay analytics active in this release. For a privacy question, contact hello@brightlyuseful.com. The services used for sign-in, hosting and any tool you open have their own privacy policies.
Use harmless sample details
Use invented details while exploring. Keep passwords, financial account information, confidential client or employer material and sensitive personal information out of the examples. Agree a suitable way to share necessary client files with Kevin before sending them.
What site insights record
Site insights collect data only if you choose to allow them. They count known page paths without query strings or section links; Simple, Classic or Immersive views and motion choices; tool and game starts and completions; request starts, successes and failures; and clicks through to the calendar. These are counts of opted-in activity, not unique people or conversion rates. A calendar click does not confirm a booking. The analytics store excludes identities, persistent visitor IDs, IP addresses, browser details, referring pages and anything you type, upload, draft or discuss in chat. Nonidentifying event records are kept for no more than 30 days; Kevin sees only aggregate counts. These insights use no advertising pixels, session recordings or heatmaps. Turning them off clears pending events and stops future collection. Previous anonymous counts cannot be linked to you for individual deletion. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep insights off. Hosting providers' ordinary security processing is separate. Private requests you submit remain covered by the separate request consent.
