A fresh start for
your spreadsheet.
Find the messy rows. Preview each fix. Keep a cleaned file for Excel, Google Sheets or your next report.
Check it. Choose a fix.
Keep the good data.
Find repeated records, untidy cells and amounts that will not add up. Try the editable example or open your own CSV. Preview the selected changes, then download a copy to check in your spreadsheet.
Bring a small spreadsheet
UTF-8, comma-separated CSV only. Maximum 1 MB, 5,000 data records and 100 columns. The first record is the header. Excel workbooks (.xlsx) need to be saved as CSV first.
Edit or paste CSV text
Quoted commas and multiline notes are welcome. Editing this text resets the applied result; inspect again when ready.
What needs a look
Choose what changes
The preview follows your choices. Apply them to prepare a download. Headers stay as supplied, and no source file is overwritten.

Take the useful part with you
Apply your choices to enable downloads.
Safe export is always on: formula-like cells receive a leading apostrophe in the download. Ordinary negative decimals remain numeric. The apostrophe may be visible in your spreadsheet.
Your repair report and follow-up checklist
CSV stores values, not workbook formatting or data types. When reopening it, import ID, date and long-number columns as Text if their exact appearance matters. Check the downloaded copy before relying on it.
